There's a link that say's "contact us" on the left side in the menu options. But but save yaself some time and just go here and follow the instructions on how to upload ya tape:

Don't use the how to upload tapes page, it's outdated by years and not how we work anymore which is why I removed it from the sidebar. I'll have to update that page to redirect to the contact form.
