How do i upload music into the downloads for people can check it out??,anybody?

aright can anybody help.., been on my grind passin out mixtape demos on the west side north side souside and chicago's east side and even suburbs bt im tryin to take an another step with this music, been checkin out this site for a minuite and now im tryin to put this musik we've sampled into the downloads section for the people. im tryiing to promote our muzik through here for it can get to the streets outside the midwest. can somebody throw some useful tips on here or through email to help a dog out??
