I agree! C-NILE is the main artist I looked for when I saw the title Future of Alabama. His shine is loooong overdue especially since the incarceration stuff has been passed. Imma check this out. -- On the BIG SCALE of things, my opinion doesnt really amount to much, so I aim NOT to persuade 'cause I'm just enjoying music -- 2B1ASK1

Preciate'it dnic. We slow out'tha gate, BUT we're still in'tha race... We got quite a'few underground artist out'here. It's just'a matter of being in'tha right time, right place & investing in your craft. What I noticed here at home (Birmingham),alot of catz & kittens get discouraged real fast & get burnt out due to lack of support, connects & plain ole know how (Because knowing is half the battle). Support your local artist out der ya'll, because the entertainment game ain't as easy to get into as ya'll may think...

Dats how its done everywhere and it aint no exceptions for yall. BE ORIGINAL!.... {{{legalize nature}}}

i understand what'cha you're sayin shawtae really i do,BUT how much different should an artist sound comin from Alabama? Lets take Rich Boy ( Mobile, Alabama), he has his own distinct style of flow non of which i heard comin from Atlanta. There's YelaWolf (Gadsden, Alabama) his? Between Drake, Minaj & Eninem and then there's no other than Gucci Mane himself (Birmigham, Alabama)need to say you what people say about his flow,BUT he cameo on evey artist album on soundscan . Each has his own distinctive flow, his own trademarked sound, BUT even then they tend to jump on the same bandwagon in which every other artist do to maintain his/her ever changing fan base taste. It starts with a craft, passion & then if you make it in far enought in the game a lifestyle. Give a listen mane, i asure you. We have a different sound. You just have to have an ear for it.

Shit dnic, i agree with you 100%. Thats EXACTLY whats on the radio now, just as you put it: sweet candy tart generic mainstream spoon fed shit. I couldnt have put it any better. Bruh,from what i read in your comments. You're old school, just as i am. Bruh our days of original gansta rap, old country rap tunes & meaningful east coast rhymes is damn near coming to an end (BUT it does not mean hip-hop is dead, BUT Evolving).. MCs are wanting to get recognition for their crafts, get paid for their hard work, efforts & envolements. So what do they do? They catch hold to tha hottest trend out, the hottest rap styles. Bruh its whats happenin nah,these cat tryin ta'get paid. Mane, you should see my children when they hear som'ma this shit com'on! str8 up tearin my truck up! Mane,you would thought it was a rave partae goin! Thats what they want, what makes up tha majority of tha listening population/ fan base of hip-hop & r/b? tha youth of tha world... tha WORLD dnic, tha world. Happy fan base= money in tha bank (as long as your hot)..
