Don't you just HATE it when someone outbids you in the last moments on ebay?
Hello all
I had a "second chance offer" for an item on ebay, but I didn't purchase it straight away. Now I've gone back to it and I can't seem to be able to "buy it now". Does this mean someone else has got them or what? I'm quite new to this ebay lark.
