Diddy Won't Stop, Readies Album and Possible Tour

On the heels of the successful launch of his new men's fragrance Unforgivable, Diddy is working hard to complete his latest album for Bad Boy and may have a future tour in the works.

Just as the fuss over the ad campaign for Unforgivable has finally died down, Billboard Magazine has reported that Diddy will release another album for Bad Boy and has also recently signed with the William Morris Agency for live music representation.

"Everything is going to focus around the record, which he is diligently working on now," Diddy's WMA agent Brent Smith told Billboard. "It's no different from any other hip-hop act; we're going to look for the right opportunities."

In the meantime, the opportunities abound. "It's exciting to work with him just because of the realm of possibilities," Smith said. "Who doesn't know him? If you don't know who Diddy is you've been living under a rock the last 10 years."

Though Diddy doesn't have much of a history for touring, things are looking to change now that he's signed to WMA. Smith said that while WMA international head Tony Goldring is keeping an eye out for European opportunities for the mogul, the agency is keeping an eye open for the right hip-hop touring package in the U.S.

"Almost every year there is one package that goes out, and this year it is yet to be nailed down," Smith said. "There's a bunch of people talking about different things, but there is no definitive hip-hop package out there. We'll know probably in the next four weeks whether a package is going to form or not."
