You must be new to the mixtape game, artist usually don't have any say so on whats compiled on these mixtapes, it's usually an agreement between a well known DJ and that Artist Marketing Agent or Some Freelancing person that goes around and collect Tracks off wherever, Makes a Decent cover and gives themselves a shitty DJ name and hope they get popular from it.
