We all black folks tryin to make it, anyway NY did not start rap, if you want to get into the history, Jamaica started the shit with the fast talkin to a beat, it was later incorperated into what we call blues, so if you want really want to break it down Blues brought the US Rap and where did blues start? Mississippi and Tennessee and got popular when it came to New Orleans and Georgia which later branched out to NY, New York brought back the talking over a beat, named it rap and claimed it they're's.
Anyway i love Louisiana music i love New York music and i love both places, and stop bringin up Katrina Referenced shit, Karma is a motha fucka, if somebody brought up the fact y'all missin half a skyline with the WTC towers missin makin NY look like a gap tooth city in the air ya'll would have a fit..
