im not a gucci fan and whether it be new or old songs by an artist i dont think u realize that UNITED STATES is a big country. i've said it before, this site and others like it SPOIL fans and fans think that all dj's live in the same block and borrow each others music (which is technically true). 1) dj's release cd's in their region for the 'gucci' or whatever rappers fans in that area and that area just might be city wide and 2) not all fans have access or know how to download tapes so they go in their local tape shop and buy it and 3) and kinda old song to u mite be a new song to me. come to texas and see how many gucci fans there is and then ask if they ever heard of EVIL EMPIRE and their wack drops. and ANY gucci song i hear on a texas mixtape is NEW TO ME!

The east is pretty much the life blood of hip hop. I can name maybe 4 or 5 south rappers that actually GOT IT. Everybody else, na, not really. But Jimmy V, he does have a point..... maybe we should make a cd. We'll have to work really hard though. We'll get 15-20 tracks together of stuff we've downloaded over the past month.... and we'll add an intro. I think it'll pay off. All we have to do is put the picture of Lil Wayne popping a pimple on his chin (eventhough he may not have any songs on our cd, we'll use it anyway) and hopefully we'll have a sucessful album. I dunno about the south running it no disrespect but flooding the mixtape game with massive amounts of mixtapes doesnt mean you running shit. Granted they may have hot beats but lyrically the jus dont got it. Put any of these south cats againts someone like tupac or biggie or ya man pun, cassidy, jadakiss, game and they will get eaten alive.
