i guess if you like no ceilings your more into gimmic rap and punchlines, if you like sorry 4 the wait you were ready for him to get back to the shit that made his name. all in all i think no ceilings probably got more listens because you listen to each track nd find something new everytime. i think this mixtape is just lil wayne on probation when he cant sip and smoke how he wants, if you want super high bars you have to be super high. good thing c4 was recorded b4 jail time.
