Buck steady releasin hit after hit, and then have to put out a diss song to piss off fiddy cent, he need to just let Buck get outta that contract so he can go make some real money, 50 got that nigga locked in a shackle contract, tru he was dumb enough to sign it and probably didn't care about the problems he'd run into later on, but if he woulda realized his talents he would have been able to negotiate a better deal from one of the 20 Major Labels or 460 Minor Labels out there..

Basically to answer your question shortly his contract run out in summer of this year (2010), and if 50cent/G-unit/interscope don't do a good job pressuring him to release it, they can sue him for not meeting contractual terms but they have to do it soon, and otherwise the contract will expire and and nothing they can do about it.

Under the Current contract deal, Young Buck is obligated to produce G-unit 3 Studio Albums and some stipulations with the tours and shit so far he only released 2 and he's playing the carrot stick on the horse with the 3rd one, Young Bucks Claim is that his value is more than what his contract wants to give him, since then Lloyd Banks supposedly have a sweeter contract than everybody else (except fiddy) in the unit and Young Buck had been trying to get a better deal as well before he put out what he thinks is his best album but it'll practically be a G-unit album and Buck wont get shit from it other than Tours..
Well from what i read a while ago, Young Buck Contract is up sometime this year and 50 cent want either the Album to be released or he want $10 Million straight up to exit the label, Buck need to come up with that money or get with a label willin to take a 10 mill hit and hope his album don't flop, thats why Buck aint signed with nobody yet, nobody is willing to gamble it and he's not really proven in the industry yet as a high selling product, his best selling album "buck the world" was his best sellin albume and it took all year for it to hit 500,000. that aint good.
If Buck hold on and 50 don't try and sue before hand, and the contract expires, there will be nothing anyone from G-unit/interscope can do about it and he can walk clean away from it and sign with somebody else or do his own thing and release his album with a sweeter deal.

I like allhiphop.com , sixshot.com , sohh.com is good especially for forum chat, But i find 24hourhiphop.com The best and most updated and reliable source for hip hop and R&B news, i learned a few days ago B.G. Left T.I's Label Grand House hustle, hardly no other sites reported this, i like lil News bits like that, that aint absorbed on just big time mainstream artist.
