I can't co-sign on that comment, I think this tape is fire. Real smooth,good flow, this cat is dropping some classic shit. Its not always about the hard homie sometimes we gotta marinate on a phat chilly beat. Many props on the tape and the cover art is metaphor he wants to be number 1 i can't hate on him for that, so he put the best on the mixtape.

If you don't like Thought-music, keep it movin.. J-cole Spits culture, lifestyle and life to you in rich detail, he don't just throw a bunch of hooks and cliche's over some loud circus production, that stuff is great for trunks or if your a Teenager looking to fit in with a Cool brainless crowd full of hood nigga's but once you grow up and i mean (your brain) not your age.. Then this shit actually grabs your attention..

@ Screw.. Yeah he need to get on better production but you can't tell me that delivery over whatever he spit over is not as lethal as a brand new razor sharp Damascus sword..
(Thats one of the only Japanese Swords in the world that can cut falling silk).
That nigga is mad clever and talented but if you basing his music off production, i guess it would be kinda boring to listen to.. But i betchu one thing more 90% of the popular radio rappers out now cannot touch this nigga skill wise, he would lyrically push their face into a active volcano.

Agreed Cole make music for cats using there brains I wish he would get with some producers like 9th wonder K West Bink Just Blaze or maybe some new cats and put out a classic ALBUM is you're reading this J. Cole Please do this We're waiting Game...Blouses
