torrent downloading

so im kinda new this whole downloading mixtape thing cause i always just use to download singles off of limewire,frostwire,etc...but limewire wont let me download a torrent anymore and sometimes it would let you but it would go mad slow and it never use to do that before...how can i download torrents again so itll let me and go faster??...anyone plz help it would be appreciated..thanx
