If anybody's running ATL, it's the people who put ATL on the map, Outkast, Jeezy, T.I., Ludacris, and lets not forget Jermaine Dupri, and we all may hate him now but even Lil Jon.
Gucci Mane and zoe got a long way to go, i can only remember listening to 5 songs Gucci has ever come out that was worth listening to in his entire career after that it sounded like i was listening to a broken record with a different beat.
I think B.o.B is aiight too but he don't even run ATL, he made a couple ok tracks but not in the elite class.

I agree gucci make moves nd shit but as far as rappin goes his tracks all sound boring and the same. some of the beats by zaytoven and the gangsta grillz albums are tight but too many people on his dick. So many underrated rappers in the ATL that go hard too but dont get as much publicity
